Our Mission

Making a rigorous Christ-centered education affordable to all.

Our Vision

To encourage students to passionately pursue learning while understanding that it is Jesus Christ that leads to life. Life is characterized by loving God, loving others, and serving the world. Faith Academy pursues this aim by partnering with families and raising tomorrow’s leaders with a focus on excellence. This Christ-centered school will radiate with the gospel message, seek to transform the community, and elevate the value of education and redemption.

Our Story

Faith Academy provides a unique opportunity to see the local church in action. Our results will be dependent on the Spirit of God and the Church responding to our community’s need. It will take many people and many resources to accomplish the outcomes we desire. This will not be accomplished by waiting for the government to respond.

Christ-Centered Education

Curriculum at Faith Academy will be informed by God’s Word, and students will be taught from a Christian world view. Teachers will seek to shepherd the hearts of all students, so that they would become like Christ, the master teacher.

High Expectations

At Faith Academy, we see self discipline as essential to producing character and achievement. Students will be challenged at every grade level and in every subject to think, work and act according to a Christian world view.

Parental Involvement

Excellence is only possible when parents are actively involved. Parents will be required to participate throughout the year —including home visits and conferences—and pay a share of tuition and volunteer.

Accountability

Excellence requires holding teachers, students and parents accountable. Teachers will be held to the highest professional and moral standards. We use regular literacy and standardized tests, and older students go to academic support if the don’t finish homework.
