Parents please complete for each K-5th grade student seeking admission. Upon receipt, we will contact you to determine if there is space and we can serve your child. Admission will be determined on the basis of class space, a one-to-one interview with your family, academic assessments, and meeting the criteria of our mission.
January 20: Enrollment begins.
Early admission applicants receive discounted deposit rate
April 21st: Early admission deadline
June 9th: 1st regular admission deadline
July 31st: 2nd regular admission deadline
August – September: Late admission
- Come in for a tour, then fill out and turn in the Application for Admission.
- A one-to-one assessment will be conducted by a teacher to determine your child’s academic level and readiness and application for admission will be reviewed.
- Based on assessment an approval for admission, you will have a New Family conference to discuss our Parent Covenant, and where your ‘family share’ tuition amount is determined.
- To reserve your student’s spot, you will be asked to pay the first month’s tuition (non-refundable)
Each August, we have an open house and parent orientation. At this meeting we will
look over the Faith Academy handbook, the bus rules, an overview of our approach to
discipline, and parents will be asked to sign all necessary paperwork. Parents will also
have a chance to ask questions.
